Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bloombi mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Bloombi helps you organize plant care, schedule reminders, and keep a journal of your plants. The Service is provided "as is" — we are working to make it useful, but we make no warranties about availability, fitness for any particular purpose, or that it will catch every missed watering.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Bloombi.

You retain ownership of the content you put into Bloombi — your plants, photos, notes, schedules. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not claim any rights beyond what is necessary to run the app.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Bloombi may offer optional paid features. When applicable, purchases are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platforms' terms. Refunds are processed through the platform you bought from.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or the Service. On termination, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

Bloombi is a tracking tool, not horticultural advice. We don't promise that following Bloombi's reminders will keep every plant alive — plants depend on light, soil, pests, and species-specific needs we cannot know. Use your judgement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloombi and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months (which may be zero).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
